Personal: 

Isaiah is the son of Clarence Fultcher and Candice Myers and has two siblings, Josh and Tony. He intends to major in Film at Tiffin.

High School:

At Jeffersonville High School, Fultcher was a 2x sectional champion and 2x semi-state qualifier. He was also Academic All-State.
