Sugey Ceja enters her second year with the Tiffin University women's wrestling coaching staff in 2025-26.
Ceja previously served as assistant coach at Lourdes University, working with the Gray Wolves from 2022-24. While coaching at Lourdes, she was able Stafana Jelacic, the NAIA 2024 101-pound national champion and All-American performer.
Ceja was an outstanding wrestler at Tiffin University, where she was a three-time NCAA Division II All-American, finishing runner-up twice as well as in third place at the NCAA National Championships. She also finished third at the Women's Collegiate Wrestling Association championships in 2019 and 2020.
Excelling in the classroom as well, Ceja was a three-time Scholar All-American. She was also a three-time team captain for the Dragons.
Ceja is a 2022 graduate of Tiffin, earning her bachelor's degree in psychology.
