Chloe is from Fort Recovery, Ohio, and is the daughter of Brian and Lori Will. She has two siblings and is majoring in Healthcare Administration.

High School:

At Fort Recovery High School, Chloe was named All-MAC four years, a 2x State Qualifier in cross country, and a state qualifier in the 4x400 and 4x800. Academically, she was All-MAC Academic all four years and All-Ohio Academic three years.
