Seth is the son of Richard and Donna Tessmer. He is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and will be majoring in Homeland Security and Terrorism.

High School:

Tessmer is a graduate of North Hills High School. While attending, he broke the school's record in the 200 and 400 free style.
