Biography

Personal: 

Joseph is from Toledo and is the son of Tony and Karen Turley. He has two siblings, Matthew and Rebecca, and intends to major in Cybersecurity at Tiffin.

High School:

Turley graduated from Sylvania Southview High School, where he was an All-State honorable mention pick for water polo and took sixth-place at the state programming competition.
