Tiffin University student-athletes and staff engaged in the second annual Mental Health Summit held in Toledo, Ohio Feb. 23.
The daytime session participants were split up among the groups of high school students and stayed with their respective group throughout the day, attending each breakout session as well as the Keynote Speaker, Kaleb Joseph.
In the evening the coaches and student athletes participated in "On the Clock: Real Talk Rotations" (similar to speed mentoring) where they spent time moving about the room speaking with groups of 3-4 people at a time for 5 minutes each to allow for each attendee the opportunity to ask specific questions.
Coaching participants included Cassie Bump - Stunt, Caleb Rufener - Football, and Sam Cozzolino - Women's Lacrosse.
