Dragons win second consecutive G-MAC regular season title

Tiffin University has won the 2026 G-MAC regular season championship.

The Dragons posted a perfect 6-0 mark in conference duals, giving them their second consecutive regular season title. Overall the Dragons have not lost a conference dual since Feb. 2, 2024, compiling a 14-0 record since that date. Over the last five seasons Tiffin has amassed an 18-1 mark against conference opponents.

This season TU defeated Thomas More 52-0, Lake Erie 25-16, Ashland 29-12, Findlay 29-17, Davenport 48-6, and Kentucky Wesleyan 56-0.

The Dragons are ranked 7th in the NWCA national rankings while Open Mat has the Dragons 9th nationally and 11th in the dual rankings. 

Tiffin also has five wrestlers ranked in the Top 10 in the nation including the nation's top grappler at 165 pounds, Nolan Gessler.
