Tiffin University (20-6) defeated Ferris State 4-1 in the opening round of the Midwest Regional in Detroit, Michigan.
The win sends the Dragons to a rematch of last year's regional final with host Wayne State at 12 pm May 13.Â
Tiffin opened strong, winning the doubles point by taking two matches.

Anaelle Lepinay picked up a 6-2 win.Â
Tiffin needed just three singles victories to put the match away.
Anisha Sivakumar got one point with a fast 6-2, 6-0 win at sixth singles, while Gilman got another win at fourth singles 6-2, 6-2.
Barrett got the final victory, winning her second singles match 6-3, 6-3.
Lepinay fell in the only other completed match 6-3, 6-2.
The victory also marks the sixth time in 10 years that the Dragons have reached the 20-win plateau.
