Tiffin University (9-5) dropped four singles matches, falling 4-3 to Ferris State.

Tiffin swept the doubles matches in three close matches. Michael Gurtner/Matthew Telford won 7-6, while Cyrille Colomb/Martin Driesner also edged their opponent 7-5. Ruben Fonga/Matthew Weaver also posted a 6-3 win to put TU ahead 1-0.

TU could only manage two more wins in the match, with Fonga winning a tough three-set singles bout 3-6, 6-1, 6-4, while Colomb also won 6-4, 6-4.

Telford fell in the closest singles match 6-3, 7-5, while Max Navrotchi fell 6-4, 6-2 and Driesner lost 6-4, 6-1. Weaver fell in the other singles match 6-3, 6-0.
