The Tiffin University men's golf team finished the fall portion of their schedule Tuesday afternoon, competing in the Intercollegiate at Nemacolin in Farmington, Pa.
The Dragons placed eighth out of nine teams with a 54-hole total of 911. TU started the tournament with a round one score of 304 followed by a tournament-best 298 in round two and concluded the tournament with a 309 in the final round.
Mitchell Brassard was the top finisher, placing tied for 18th with a tournament total of 222 following rounds of 75, 72, and 75. Liam Harvey placed 24th with a tournament total of 224 following rounds of 75, 74, and 75.
Winston Brown finished tied for 26th with a tournament total of 228 following rounds of 75, 75, and 78. Max Vanoy had rounds of 79, 77, and 81 to finish the tournament with 237. Harry Lake had rounds of 82, 80, and 81 for a total of 243.
Grand Valley State won the team title with 852 followed and Manuel Cue won the individual title with 204.
Other G-MAC teams competing in the tournament included Findlay, Ashland, Hillsdale, and Walsh. Findlay placed fourth, Ashland fifth, Hillsdale sixth, and Walsh ninth.
