Amie Morrison, Women's Lacrosse, Sophomore

Amie Morrison was voted GLIAC Defender of the Week along with her teammate Morgan Sherley.

Morrison was huge for Tiffin in the clearing game and on settled defense in Tiffin's two wins. Against No. 18 IUP, Morrison created three caused turnovers, including one late in the game to seal the win for the Dragons. In their win over Roberts Wesleyan, Morrison pulled in two draw controls.

2016:

Amie played in 18 games, starting in 15. She scored 11 goals, added 15 assists, and totaled 26 points. Morrison collected 23 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers.

Personal:

Amie is the daughter of Sue Morrison, and has three siblings. Two brothers John and Matthew, and a sister named Lizzie.

High School:

Amie graduated from Burnaby South Secondary School. While attending, she was a member of the Burnaby lacrosse team that won back-to-back Provincial Gold Medals.
